At Sandy Spring Friends School, we recently concluded our ACT prep course, where students received focused, comprehensive preparation for the exam. In response to the evolving needs of our students, we’ve introduced individual tutoring sessions to provide personalized attention and support. Additionally, we’ve launched a SAT prep refresher course, designed to fine-tune skills and strategies for students gearing up for the May and June tests.
At Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School, our SAT prep class has wrapped up, marking the culmination of weeks of dedicated preparation. In an exciting development, we organized the school’s first-ever SAT prep pep rally. We were able to foster a sense of camaraderie and motivation among students as they approached their April test date.
Now, our focus shifts towards data review, reflection, and redirection. We understand the importance of analyzing test-day experiences, reviewing scores, and identifying areas for improvement. This month, we’re actively scheduling recap meetings with our partner schools. These allow us to gather feedback, assess outcomes, and refine our strategies for the upcoming test dates.
Looking ahead, we remain committed to our mission of empowering students to achieve their academic goals. Our emphasis on data-driven improvements bolsters our ability to adapt and innovate in response to our students’ needs.
