Our CEO & Founder, Tina, remarks on how AI can empower, not replace, educators to support their critical work.
At Lana Learn, we’re constantly looking forward—asking not just what’s working now, but what will work better tomorrow. Over the past few months, I’ve had conversations with educators, students, and organizations across different cultures and time zones. There’s one question I hear again and again: What’s going to happen to education now that AI is here?
The answer, I believe, is both exciting and deeply human: AI has the potential to amplify what teachers do best, not replace them.
As someone who has spent years inside classrooms, building systems, and working with learners from all walks of life, I believe that the magic of learning happens in connection—in the way a teacher notices a student’s progress, asks the right follow-up question, or finds a creative way to explain a difficult concept. No technology can replicate that spark. But the right tools can give teachers back time, highlight patterns, and make personalized learning scalable in ways we’ve never seen before.
That’s why, at Lana Learn, we’re embracing AI not as a shortcut—but as a support system.
We’re experimenting with tools that help our tutors identify what’s working fastest for each student. We’re training our team on how to use AI to streamline lesson prep, develop custom study guides, and even coach students on new digital skills they’ll need in the real world. And as we do, we’re staying grounded in our mission: to empower through education, with equity and integrity at the center.
Of course, like any new frontier, there are challenges. Questions about bias, access, and privacy matter. That’s why our approach is always people-first. We believe AI should support—not replace—the power of a great educator.
This isn’t just the future of learning—it’s the present. And it’s one Lana is proud to help shape, responsibly and with heart.
If you’re an educator or organization curious about how to integrate AI into learning in smart, ethical ways, let’s talk. Because the best way forward is together.
