Exciting Start to Our New English Language Training Cohort

Our Unit 871 Team Lead, Emile, shares exciting developments for the new cohort of English Language Training students.

We are thrilled to announce the commencement of our latest cohort of students in our English Language Training (ELT) program. This month marks the beginning of a new journey for 39 enthusiastic individuals who have joined us to enhance their skills and knowledge. We have worked diligently to ensure we assembled a great team for Cohort 005. Now that our students have arrived, we are happy to be in our classrooms doing what we love.

Over the past few months, we have also collaborated with the ODC, Personnel Department, and Base Leadership to establish a higher acceptance rate of 25%. This means that students scoring over 25% in the initial ALCPT (American Language Course Placement Test) are accepted into the program. We are proud to share that out of the 39 students who applied, 33 scored above 25%, showcasing their readiness and potential.
