LANA 2026: Simplify, Systematize, and Scale

Our CEO & Founder, Tina, shares the three key areas that enhance our focus and optimize our operations at LANA in 2026.

In 2026, our word at LANA focus—and we’re organizing that focus around three key areas: Simplify, Systematize, and Scale.

1. Simplify: Focus on the right programs

Our first priority is to simplify by concentrating on the programs where LANA has already delivered strong, repeatable results. That means focusing on offerings where we clearly see learners improve their skills, confidence, and opportunities.

We want each program to be easy to understand: who it is for, what it teaches, how it works, and what success looks like. By refining our catalog to highlight the programs that have proven impact, we make it easier for students, families, schools, and organizations to choose the right path with us.

2. Systematize: Build strong, reliable foundations

The second focus is to systematize how we design, deliver, and support our programs. Solid systems help ensure that quality is consistent no matter where a learner is located or which team member they interact with.

This includes clearer processes for curriculum development, communication, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes. When our systems are well‑structured and transparent, it becomes easier to maintain high standards, support partners’ requirements, and respond thoughtfully as needs evolve.

3. Scale: Grow impact without losing the human touch

The third focus is to scale in a way that still feels personal and meaningful. As we reach more learners and partners, we want each person to feel seen and supported—not like just another number in a system.

Scaling for us means extending the reach of our strongest programs while keeping the same commitment to care, responsiveness, and real outcomes. We will keep asking whether growth is helping more learners succeed in a genuine way. When the answer is yes, we know we are growing in the right direction.

For LANA, 2026 is about focusing on what works, strengthening how we deliver it, and then thoughtfully expanding our impact so more people can benefit from the programs we do best.
